POLICE are asking for information about the disappearance of a man from Barrow.

Joeseph Charles Campbell, 56, has been missing since Monday April 30.

He was last seen leaving work at the Cancer Research shop in Barrow on Monday to go to the bank and has not been in the shop since. It is believed he may be in the Ambleside area.

He is described as five feet eight inches tall, with short grey hair, of large build and with a ruddy complexion. He was last seen wearing a dark coloured anorak, jeans and hiking boots.

Anyone who has seen him or know of his whereabouts is asked to contact Barrow Police on 101.
