Barrow man bailed over alleged sexual assault

A BARROW man arrested over an alleged sexual assault in the town centre on Saturday morning has been bailed.
The 23-year-old is due to return to Barrow Police Station on Wednesday, October 10.
Barrow CID are continuing inquiries into the alleged sexual assault of a woman in Dalton Road.
Police received a report about 3.25am and arrested a man several hours later.
A section of High Street near the junction with Dalton Road was cordoned off and under police guard until about 10am on Saturday.
Crime scene investigators attended the scene in search of evidence.
