Barrow bids farewell to fallen hero

HUNDREDS of mourners turned out to say goodbye to soldier David Shaw at an emotional funeral in Barrow.

Have your say

The same as Phil Weathers.RIP duty done.
It's Tommy this an Tommy that an Tommy ows your soul.
But it's a thin red line of heroes when the drums begin to roll.

A beautiful sentiment from Gurkha Mum and your family and friends,I know some Nepalese and Gurkha's and they all mention DAVE SHAW, and his lovely family.Greater love hath no man than this; than a man lay down his life for his friends;Jesus,John chapter 15 verse 13. God bless the Shaw Family. By an EX British Soldier.
