Barrow bar assault man bailed

A MAN has been bailed after he was arrested following an assault in a Barrow bar.
Police were called to the Drawing Room, in Duke Street, at 1.40pm yesterday to reports of a disturbance.
Officers found a local man aged 29 had been assaulted and suffered minor facial injuries.
A 42-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of assault.
He has been jailed until January 10 while the police continue their enquiries.
