THE victorious Barrow AFC squad met with crowds of people during a parade to celebrate their win at Wembley.
The team walked away from their match against Stevenage with a 2 -1 win on Saturday.
It is the first time the club has won the FA Trophy in two decades.
The squad set off from the Bluebirds’ Holker Street stadium at 5pm yesterday in an open top bus.
The bus travelled to Abbey Road, down Duke Street, Cornwallis Street and finished at Barrow Town Hall at 6pm.
The parade was backed by the Evening Mail, organised by The Bay radio station and sponsored by Furness Building Society.
