Will I be able to get my money back?

In a nutshell... yes.

If you bought through an official ticket seller, you are entitled to a refund of at least the face value.

The first step would be to look at information the company where you bought the tickets from is putting out. Most are sending emails directly to sellers explaining the situation.

If you bought from a primary source like Ticketmaster, your money may be refunded automatically.

Ticketmaster itself says their refunds will be automatic and they'll give you back all fees back onto the card you originally purchased with.

How long will that this take?

Ticketmaster says refunds will appear in your account within three to 10 working days.

What if I bought from a secondary ticket site or other source?

If you bought through a third party, your rights are reduced but refunds could still be available.

  • Credit cards: You can claim a refund through Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
  • Debit cards: You may be able to get a refund through the Chargeback scheme. Contact your bank directly.
  • PayPal: You may be able to get a refund through its Buyer Protection scheme.
  • StubHub: StubHub has a FanProtect service – meaning the company will refund you the total cost of your order, in the event of a cancelled gig.
  • Other resale websites like Seatwave: Contact them directly to process a refund. Seatwave offers an 100 per cent refund if an event is cancelled. Others will vary.

Will the tour be rescheduled?

At this point, there are no rescheduled events; all tour dates have been cancelled, according to ticket sellers.
