A new era for higher education
EARLIER this month the University of Central Lancashire announced that it is going to charge its full-time students the maximum £9,000 tuition fee from September 2012. As a major partner in the delivery of degree programmes to students from Cumbria, this goes a long way to informing us all of the way that universities are thinking as we move into a new era for higher education in England.
