AN exhibition at the new-look museum at the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway features two visitors which help tell the story of vintage 15-inch gauge locomotives produced by the Bassett-Lowke firm.
Until the end of the year, Blacolvesley and Little Giant will stand next to the museum's Synolda — which is almost identical to Sans Pareil which pulled the first services on the 15-inch gauge lines at Ravenglass in 1915.
Blacolvesley, built in 1910, is the oldest workable internal combustion locomotive in the World.
Little Giant was built in 1905 for £323 — around £36,000 today.
