How long does it take for my subscription to start?

To ensure we provide the best service, it generally takes up to 5 working days before your subscription starts, you can however select your preferred start date during the ordering process. Digital elements of our subscriptions start immediately on payment.

Can I put my subscription or membership on hold?

The beauty of having a digital subscription is that it travels with you wherever you go. But if your subscription includes the newspaper, you can request to suspend your paper delivery through My Account.

During the ordering process, we ask for your postcode/country, this allows us to tailor the packages on offer for your location, therefore you can be sure you are ordering the correct package. Digital packages allow worldwide access, addresses local to us will be shown home delivery or ‘voucher’ (allows you to collect from any local stockist) packages

How do I cancel my subscription or membership?

To cancel your subscription, please call Customer Services on 0808 144 8 144 Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Your digital access will be cancelled within 48hours of request, but home delivery may continue for up to a further 5 business days.
