WOODCOCK David Pat, Sarah and family would like to sincerely thank all the friends, neighbours , colleagues and members of the GLARAC association for the kind messages of support, cards and flowers. Thank you for the invaluable support of Market Street Surgery, Dalton District Nurses, NHS Carers and Hospice at Home team. Many thanks to Reverend John Crossley for his comforting administration at church, Chequers for their kind hospitality and Aimee at Brocklebanks for a beautiful floral tribute. The donations for the Hospice at Home Team and Cystic Fibrosis Association left in David's memory were much appreciated. And finally Pam and staff at Little and Caine for their help with the arrangements.
