KNOWLES Eric Roger It is with great sadness we announce that Eric passed away on the 21st September 2018, just two days after his dearly loved wife Ann, in the loving care of Ostley House (formerly of Hartington Street, Barrow). Eric was a dearly loved husband of the late Ann. Much-loved dad of Donna and David, and father-in-law to Steve and Amanda. Proud and loving grandad a true gentleman and a dear friend to many, who will be sadly missed. Please join us at a service to celebrate both Ann and Eric's lives on Thursday, 27th September at 2pm at Thorncliffe Crematorium Chapel (feel free to wear bright colours). Family flowers only please, or donations, if so desired, to be shared between The Furness Homeless Association and The Ostley House Dementia Unit (cheques payable to Barrow & District Society for the Blind Dementia Unit) may be left at the service or sent c/o Little and Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow-in-Furness.
