DAVE Bayliss says he will be making no more two-year contract offers to players as long as he is in charge at Barrow AFC.
Nicho played well in many positions whenever Bayliss could be bothered to pick him.
Nicho was messed about shocking by Bayliss - nowt to do with ability because he was thrown in at 5 or 6 different positions and did well everytime not just at the end.
It was Bayliss who just wouldn't pick Nicho. He just took against him and dropped him like a stone after 2 weeks when Eddy reappeared cos he didn't need him then so he did everything he could to make him leave the club. He lacked drive? - what a rubbish weak excuse to cover up his own bad management. It must have took some drive and guts to stick it out no matter what crap Bayliss piled on him and stay fit and ready.

Have your say
He was one of the highest paid players , He was injured for a long while and he was still picking up half decent money every week. In my eyes it was a good decision to get rid of him, The amount of money he was bening paid did not reflect on how well he was playing, Hopefullyget Danny hone on a free now, and a couple of decent experienced defenders, (with a bit of pace) something they have lacked, Jones slow, bolland slow, mcnulty slow, there aerial ability made up for that but hopefully, fingers crossed, they sign a couple of defenders with a decent pedigree!
