A YOUNG Ulverston rider has won at Horse of the Year Show on her debut at the world famous event.
Mollie Mae Jeffrey, 10, won a first place at HOYS with a clear round and great ridden show in the 122cm mountain and moorland working hunter pony section.
The Pennington Primary School pupil was partnering her Welsh Section A pony Doylan Chilli Pepper at the prestigious show held at the NEC in Birmingham.
Mollie's South Cumbria supporters raised the roof for her lap of honour.
She is now through to the championship tonight in the HOYS international area.
