THE body of a man has been discovered in water at Haverigg, police have confirmed.
A spokesman confirmed on Friday afternoon that officers were called at 7.40pm on Thursday following the discovery of a male body in Haverigg Pool.
The body was that of a 27 year old man from Millom.
A police spokesman said: "There are no suspicious circumstances regarding his death and the coroner has been informed."
