A MAJOR road in Cumbria is to close overnight.
The A595 will be closed at Duddon Bridge between 10pm and 6am on October 21.
Signs on the A595 are giving motorists advanced notice of the closure, which will result in lengthy diversions for anyone needing to drive between south and west Cumbria between those hours.
