POLICE are investigating a public order offence which occurred on a Cumbrian bus this weekend.
At approximately 23.40pm on Saturday November 21, a man who was travelling on the 555 bus from Grasmere to Kendal used abusive language towards several passengers on the bus.
The man has been described as a white male of about 45 years of age and around five foot eight inches in height with a black beard and black hair.
He was wearing a blue waterproof and blue jeans at the time of the incident and had a black labrador dog with him.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to get in touch on 101 or by calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
