A MOUNTAIN biker suffered possible neck and spinal injuries after falling off her bike in Cumbria yesterday.
The woman came off her bike at Grizedale Forest and was airlifted to Royal Preston Hospital by the North West Air Ambulance Service.
A total of 14 members of Coniston Mountain Rescue Team were called to rescue the woman yesterday afternoon.
