A HOMELESS 21-year-old is due to stand trial today (23) accused of using threatening behaviour.
Steven William Dixon has been charged with an offence on July 9 in Wellington Street, Dalton.
It is alleged he used threatening, abusive or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He is to stand trial at Furness Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow.
