A 55-YEAR-OLD has been ordered to pay £420 after trashing a woman's garden in South Cumbria.
Janet Theresa Fox pleaded guilty to criminal damage when she appeared at Kendal Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Fox, of Fernleigh Road, Grange, admitted damaging garden furniture, plant pots and an ornament to the value of £270 belonging to Jakki Morgan. The offence took place in Grange on October 22.
Fox was ordered to pay £270 in compensation and a £150 courts charge. She was also given a 12-month conditional discharge.
