A YORKSHIRE terrier dog was left with puncture wounds to its shoulder and face after allegedly being attacked by a dog near Ulverston.
Police said the owner of the Yorkshire Terrier, called Dusty, said a pit bull-type dog attacked Dusty at Bardsea at around 11.30am on Wednesday November 25.
The owner of the 'pit bull' is described as a white male, around 5' 6" in height and was wearing glasses, a large rimmed hat and a green waxed waterproof jacket.
