COPELAND lovebirds Jessie Conway, 28, a Pyjama Drama manager from Kirksanton, and Steven Cummings, 34, an electrician from Millom, were married in a rustic summer celebration at Whicham Church on July 11, 2015 

HOW THEY MET: In the local pub, introduced by mutual friends. 

DATE OF WEDDING: July 11, 2015. 

PROPOSAL: Steven proposed on Barcelona’s Montjuïc, a broad hill to the south west of the city, overlooking the harbour. 

VENUE: Whicham Church followed by a reception at Bank Springs Brewery, near Millom, which is the bride's family home. 

THEME: A vintage country celebration with wellies, beer and lots of dancing. 

BRIDE'S OUTFIT: An Eliza Jane Howell dress called the ‘Lucille’ and Juliet cap ‘Jaime Veil’ by Margaret Byrne Dream Veils. 

GROOMSMEN: Chris Holt, Ian Cummings, Luke Conway, Neil Rawes, Christopher, Harry and Thomas Wilson. 

PAGEBOY: Eric Cummings. 

BRIDESMAIDS: Elizabeth Wilson, Sophie, Isabel and Scarlett Wills. 

FLOWERS: Nicola Armstrong, The Bloom Room, in Millom. 

TRANSPORT: The couple used their own family Cars. Steven travelled with his best man in his dad’s Mercedes SLK and Jessie was driven by her stepfather in his MG midget. 

RECEPTION: The couple had a marquee in the field at Bank Springs Brewery, rustic food catered by Paul at Knight’s Bespoke Catering. 

TABLE SETTINGS: Wild flower style bouquets with homemade mason jars and brass candlesticks. 

CAKE: A three-tier wild flower cake of lemon, chocolate and carrot cakes. This was kindly made by Jessie’s aunt, Lorraine Wilson. 

FIRST DANCE: ‘Grow Old With Me’ by Tom Odell. 

ENTERTAINMENT: Jessie’s younger sisters Sophie and Scarlett Wills both entertained the guest with dedicated solos. Jessie’s band member Jon Bailey performed acoustic classics for the afternoon reception, with Jessie performing a special solo for her husband. The evening entertainment was provided by The Holborn Hillbillies and Monica’s Disco until the early hours of the morning. 

HONEYMOON: The couple travelled the Garden Route in South Africa which extends from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape to the Storms River in the Eastern Cape.
