BARROW Raiders have been drawn against Rochdale Hornets at home in the first round of next season's iPro Cup.
Paul Crarey's side begin their preparations for the 2016 League One campaign on Sunday December 27 with a Craven Park friendly against a Barrow And District Select team.
Crarey's men will follow up the clash with the amateurs by taking on county rivals Workington Town at home on Sunday January 17.
With two good hit-outs under their belts, Cresta's men will then face Super League giants Warrington Wolves a fortnight later in what should be a cracking testimonial match for Liam Harrison.
The following weekend Raiders will play their fourth pre-season match, with Keighley Cougars the visitors to Craven Park.
The serious business for Cresta's men begins on Sunday March 6 with a League One opener away to North Wales Crusaders, with the opening home game being the following week against Hunslet Hawks.
