LOCAL rivals Dalton and Ulverston meet at Kelland Park in Division One of the North West Men’s League tomorrow (kick off 2.30pm).

Dalton are top of the tree on 10 points, while Ulverston lie third on six.

Key players Harri Brown and Ryan Baines are ruled out for Dalton, while coming into contention are Dan Knott, Isaac Barbour and several “A” team players due to injuries.

Ulverston are delaying naming their final 17 with late fitness tests for Jai Smoothy, Jake Spedding, Liam Saunders and Dan Horne.

Ruled out through injury are Josh Bayliss and Pat Cush.

In Division Two, Hindpool Tigers smarting from their Trophy defeat at the hands of Bank Quay Bulls last week (22-28) travel to second-placed Widnes West Bank.

Not on the bus are Connor McDermott, Lewis Rea and Jamie McIlroy. Back in the squad are Scott Lawson and Reece Craig as the Tigers look to keep their 100 per cent league record intact.

In the Cumberland league, Askam are home to Aspatria Hornets and are minus Rob Cockayne, Gary Bolton, Dale Lambton, Oliver Guest and Brad Kavanagh, who are all on the Keswick to Barrow walk.

However, back in contention are Luke Bolton, Brad Jackson and Lucas James.

In the National Conference Second Division, Millom are home to second-bottom Saddleworth Rangers and welcome back Lee Postlethwaite, Ross Brookes, Nial Harris, Kai Williams, Bobby Wright and Rio Walker who all missed last week's defeat at Normanton.

Doubtful are Jackson Evans (hamstring) and Jonathan Hodgson (dead leg).

Barrow Island are home to Oldham St Anne’s and will field a similar 17 to the side that lost at Thornhill last week, though ruled out are Dec Baines and Perry Singleton, who was on dual registration from Whitehaven.
